Please note that different components may be covered under separate warranty terms for vape kits, mods, and batteries. This is because some products such as batteries, atomizers, and disposable kits are considered consumable items.
Vape Kits / Mods
All vape kits and mods come with a 6-month warranty from the date of receipt. This warranty covers only manufacturing faults and does not include damage caused by accidents, wear and tear, or misuse. The warranty will also be void if the kit shows signs of physical damage. Please contact us so we can log your issue. It is mandatory to return the mod or kit for inspection. To process any warranty claim, we must receive the item back in its original packaging.
Batteries
We offer a 60-day warranty period on all external batteries from the date of receipt. This warranty becomes void if the battery has been damaged, misused, or shows signs of wear and tear. If you believe your battery is faulty, please reach out to our support team for assistance. We will investigate and, if the issue is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, provide a replacement. It is mandatory to return the battery to us for assessment before a claim can be approved.
Battery Chargers
All battery chargers are covered by a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty does not apply if the fault is caused by misuse, damage, or user error. Please contact us so we can record your issue. It is mandatory to return the charger to us for evaluation before any replacement or refund can be processed.
E-Liquids / Pods / Disposable Vapes / Tobacco Sticks
Tobacco sticks, e-liquids, pods, and disposable kits are sealed consumable products and therefore do not include a warranty. This rule only excludes items with a verified manufacturing defect. Please contact our team within 7 days of receiving your order if you believe any items are faulty on arrival. We will arrange a replacement if a manufacturing issue or shipping error is confirmed.
Note: The batch number from the packaging is required for any disposable warranty claims. Disposable vape kits cannot be replaced or refunded without this information. It is also mandatory to provide photo or video evidence of the issue. Please note that products which have been discarded or thrown away are not eligible for return, replacement, or refund.
Tanks / Atomizers / Cartomizers
Tanks and atomizers are consumable items, so warranty coverage does not apply to them. However, if the item is defective or not working upon arrival and you notify us within 7 days, we may offer a replacement or refund after inspection. Our technical team must receive the item back for evaluation. If any damage is found to be caused by the user, the warranty will be void and the item cannot be exchanged or refunded.
How to Make a Claim?

- You will need to provide the product batch or serial number, along with your order number or proof of purchase, and a detailed explanation of the issue.For inspection purposes, Vape Pods must receive the defective product back.
- If our investigation confirms a manufacturer fault, we will repair or replace the item, or issue a refund where applicable.
- If the device is found not to be faulty, the product will be returned to you with a delivery charge.
